In My Mailbox (6)

In My Mailbox is a meme hosted over at The Story Siren that everyone can participate in and post their links over there so that everyone can blog-jump and see what everyone else is reading. I like to participate in it not only to see what other people are buying, but to get some feedback on what I buy; you know, what other people think about the books and whether or not they liked reading them if they have in the past.

This week, my mailbox got a good haul with a few Debut Authors and some older books that I’ve heard a lot about. So, without further ado, here it is.

From the Bargain Books table at Chapters I got,

Zombie Blondes by Brian James
The Princess and the Hound – Mette Ivie Harrison

Then I caved and bought,

Claire de Lune – Christone Johnson

And because I hate paying full price for books, I took advantage of the 30% off books at Wal-Mart and got,

Shade – Jeri Smith-Ready
Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang – Chelsea Handler

So this is what I got in my mailbox. What’s in yours?

I am planning to buy Claire De Lune soon. I just found out that Christine Johnson is a local author and will be doing some books signings soon!

OH man, I can't wait to read Claire De Lune. I haven't gotten it yet, but so want to. I've also read some great reviews for Shade, so will definitely be adding that to my books to buy and read list. :)

I also caved and bought a book this week (I'm on a ban right now). I've heard good things about Claire De Lune, and can't wait to read it. Enjoy your books!
